Ceremony
1:30 pm
Sam & Gary meet the registrars. Drinks are served to guests in the courtyard garden.
2:00 pm
The Ceremony. Seating is arranged with two aisles of three chairs - the front rows are reserved for immediate family.
Reception & Evening
2:30 pm
Drinks & Canapés
Drinks in the restaurant or on the sun terrace (weather depending), bubbly and canapés served, time for formal group photos.
3:30 pm
Wedding Breakfast
Three-course wedding meal with drinks from the bar and wine selection.
6:00 pm
Evening Guests start Arriving
Evening guests arrive - cocktails & dancing to follow.
7:00 pm
Evening Food
Canapés for guests
11:00 pm
Hometime
Until 11:00 pm – sit, chill, dance and drink, 10:45 pm final music, 11:00 pm pre-booked taxis arrive.

What time should we arrive?
Please join us at 1:30 pm to meet the registrars and enjoy drinks before the ceremony begins at 2:00 pm prompt.
Where will the drinks reception be?
Weather permitting, we will celebrate on the sun terrace with bubbly and canapés; otherwise, we will move into the warmth of the restaurant.
When should evening guests plan to arrive?
What about travel and taxis?
We look forward to welcoming evening guests from 6:00 pm onwards for cocktails and dancing
